Alyssa holds a BA in Psychology from Emmanuel College and an MPS in Higher Education Administration from Georgetown University. In her work as the Program Manager for the Advising Programs Office (APO), Alyssa enjoys building systems and processes with administrative efficiency and student success in mind. Alyssa sets the foundation of organization and communications in the APO through her management of the office’s website, Advisor Portal, and other internal systems. Prior to her role in the APO, Alyssa managed the operations of an online, mid-career learning program the Harvard Kennedy School. She is highly organized, efficient, and dedicated to turning big ideas into actionable plans. In her spare time, Alyssa coaches a dance team at her alma mater and enjoys spending time with her corgi, Ollie.
